ActiveCount100 is a portable viable air sampler suitable for use in clean rooms and aseptic environments. The continuous and periodic sampling enables complete control of the sampling cycles and intervals. The autoclavable impactor head and the disinfectable stainless steel housing ensure that viable air sampler ActiveCount100 does not contaminate the sampling environment. With the optional gas sampling adapter, compressed gases can be monitored.

Gas sampler

Adapter for testing compressed air for microbial contamination in accordance with ISO 8573-7. Compressed gas sampling adapter made of stainless steel 316L, suitable for use in clean rooms and aseptic environments. Suitable for a flow of 100 l / min (3.53 CFM) and can accommodate a pressure range of 20 to 145 psi. (1.4-10 bar). The compressed gas adapter is inserted into the ActiveCount probe head and offers a sealed connection thanks to the mounted O-rings. Only suitable for sampling inert gases such as argon (Ar), nitrogen (N2), clean dry air (CDA) and carbon dioxide (CO2).

Remote sampler

Remote adapter connects the ActiveCount100 Air Sampler via tubing up to 10 feet in length to a stainless steel isokinetic probe mounted on a stainless steel monopod in a critical surveillance location. The 316L stainless steel remote sampling adapter with built-in O-rings inserts into the ActiveCount probe head and provides a sealed connection. It is suitable for use in clean rooms and aseptic environments.
