FIELD DRY-BLOCK CALIBRATORS

The dry-well calibrators are characterized by short heating respectively cooling times and low-noise operation. They are suitable for calibrations in the temperature range from -100 to +350 °C. There are various aluminum inserts available with different drillings for the sensors that need to be calibrated. The inserts are very deep in order to get stable calibration results.

Each zone of the active two-zone block is individually controlled to compensate for the heat loss of the sensor under test and the heat loss at the top of the block. This ensures good temperature homogeneity in the calibration zone.

USER FRIENDLY AND PORTABLE FOR CALIBRATIONS ON-SITE

With the help of the large VGA color display and the intuitive menu navigation, the most important calibration information can easily be read from a few meters of distance. With its light weight and solid carrying handle, the calibrators can be transported easily and are, due to their rugged design made for field use. Communication takes place via the USB port.

INTERFACE FOR ELLAB VALIDATION SYSTEMS

The Jofra / Ellab calibrators of the RTC and PTC series feature an interface for the Ellab validation and calibration software ValSuite. Thus the calibrators can be used with the validation system E-Val Pro and the temperature standard ETS  for the automatic calibration of thermocouples.
