Bakrona supplies prefabricated Type T thermocouples, ideally suited for demanding validation tasks in the pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical technology sectors. Our thermocouples made of copper/constantan (Type T) are available with tight tolerances according to special limits as well as premium grade. Additionally, we offer thermocouple wires and strands in rolls, ideal for custom configurations and special requirements.
The thermocouples are commonly used with various validation systems such as the Ellab E-Val Pro system, Kaye AVS, or Validator and can be reliably integrated into existing processes.
Our product range covers applications in hot air sterilizers, sterilization tunnels, steam autoclaves, SIP systems, freeze dryers, and liquid-carrying systems. Depending on the area of use, high-temperature resistant cables with Kapton or PTFE/PFA insulation are used. The thermocouples are characterized by high measurement accuracy, mechanical robustness, and GMP-compliant quality.
