TEMPERATURE CALIBRATION
MICRO BATHS
PORTABLE MICRO BATHS FOR THE CALIBRATION OF TEMPERATURE SENSORS ON SITE
Fluke's 6102, 7102 and 7103 Micro Calibration Baths are the smallest calibration baths available in the market. They are suitable for calibrating Pt100 resistance temperature sensors (RTD) of various types and lengths. The Fluke 6102 micro bath weighs less than 4.5 kg with the calibration fluid, making it lighter and smaller than most dry block calibrators. The tight transport lid makes it possible to transport the micro bath together with the liquid without risk of spilling.
ON-SITE CALIBRATION FOR ANY TYPE AND LENGTH OF SENSORS
When choosing a micro calibration bath, ease of transport is relevant. The Fluke micro baths are easy to carry by hand without the need for a laboratory cart.
In addition, however, the tank size, temperature range, stability and uniformity of the microbath are also important. With a tank diameter of 48 mm and an immersion depth of 140 mm, temperature sensors of various designs and lengths can be calibrated with the micro bath. This is a major advantage over dry block calibrators; A calibration bath avoids fitting and immersion problems.

Fluke 7103 micro bath
SMALL CALIBRATION BATH WITH LARGE AREA OF APPLICATION
In addition to the device and tank size, the temperature range, stability and uniformity of the bath are relevant selection criteria.
- Fluke 6102 micro bath: +35 °C to +200 °C
- Fluke 7102 micro bath: -5 °C to +125 °C
- Fluke 7103 micro bath: -30 °C to +125 °C and -20 °C to +150 °C
The micro baths have a stability of ±0.015 °C to ±0.05 °C, depending on the liquid and temperature used. The homogeneity is ±0.02 °C using a reference thermometer. For calibrations without an external reference, the display accuracy of the calibration bath is ±0.25 °C.
