VERSATILE PORTABLE PARTICLE COUNTERS FOR CLEANROOM CERTIFICATION AND MONITORING
The portable particle counters Solair from Lighthouse Worldwide Solutions measure 6 or 8 particle channels simultaneously in the range of 0.1 - 100 µm. Up to 3000 measurements and 50 sampling recipes can be stored. A large number of interfaces and protocols (USB, LAN/WLAN, RS-485, MODBUS, OPC) also allow stationary use.
All data can be transmitted quickly and reliably to a computer, facility monitoring system or building management system. Data can also be exported to a USB flash drive in compliance with 21 CFR Part 11. Solair particle counters are designed, manufactured and calibrated in accordance with ISO 21501-4 to ensure particle count accuracy.

Certification reports with PASS /FAIL criteria allow the user to see at a glance whether the cleanroom corresponds to the desired cleanroom class.

MEASUREMENTS IN COMPRESSED GAS
Solair particle counters can be used to test particle counts in compressed air using a high pressure diffuser or high pressure regulator. Particles can be tested down to 0.1 microns.
HEPA FILTER SCANNING & FILTER INTEGRITY TESTING
Monitor other environmental parameters such as temperature, humidity, differential pressure or air velocity.
The Solair Particle Counter can record data from up to 4 environmental sensors connected to and powered by the Solair. The data is recorded in the 3,000 record data memory and can be transferred to a computer along with the particle count data or downloaded via a USB stick.
