STEAM STERILISATION
To assess the state of steam during the sterilization process, both temperature and pressure must be measured at the same time. The saturated steam pressure, calculated from the temperature, is compared with the measured pressure. For a reliable statement about the steam state a high standard for both the temperature and the pressure measurement is required.
HIGH ACCURACY AND STABILITY
The 7780 pressure transmitter is temperature-compensated for a media temperature of +20°C to 150°C and has an accuracy of ± 0.2% full scale.
- Temperature influence of ± 0.004%/°C for the zero-point and ± 0.004%/°C of measured value
- Combined influence of temperature over the whole range is ± 1%.
- 4-20 mA analog output corresponding to the measuring range of 0-4 bar absolute.
- The pressure transmitter 7780 is delivered with a SCS calibration certificate.
