AIR PARTICLE COUNTER FOR CLEANROOM USE
Aerosol particle counters are designed for clean room use. The Apex Z conveys the measurement volume using an internal blower, is hardly audible acoustically and is therefore also suitable for applications in quiet environments, e.g. in isolators. The robust housing is easy to wipe and is chemically compatible with common cleaning and disinfectants agents, such as VHP (evaporated H2O2).
Weight is an important factor when working with mobile airborne particle counters. The Apex Z with battery weighs just 4 kg. With its small dimensions, the Apex Z is ideal for air sampling in and classifying clean rooms.

Data integrity with Audit Trail and Self-diagnosis
The audit trail tracks every interaction that could impact data integrity. It links actions to users and comments can be added. The audit trail is easily exported via USB, CIFS and XChange software.
The conformity of each recording is guaranteed thanks to real-time self-diagnosis. It constantly monitors seven internal parameters and gives an early warning of any potential problem. If a sensor problem is detected during sampling, the data is marked as bad.
REPORTS ACCORDING TO CURRENT REGULATIONS
Cleanroom certification reports according to FS 209E, ISO 14644-1:1999, ISO 14644-1:2015 and EU GMP are generated on screen, via printer or via 21 CFR Part 11 compliant software. Regular firmware updates ensure that the device remains up to date.
For periodic particle monitoring and classification of clean rooms, the menu displays the rooms and their sampling points by mapping. This makes it possible to avoid errors, to see the progress at a glance and, if necessary, to modify the usual sequence of numerous sample points without losing sight of the overview.
The particle measurement data can be printed directly on a network printer via a wireless network or via a LAN network. This print can thus be made on regular paper.
