Liquid calibration baths are the most stable and constant temperature sources for comparative calibration of temperature sensors in a laboratory. The large amount of liquid enables a stable and homogeneous test environment for the calibration of sensors of different sizes, shapes and lengths.

Fluke Calibration offers the widest range of liquid calibration baths. The range includes compact baths with a tank depth of 178 to 234 mm, deep well calibration baths with an extra deep tank of 457 mm and standard baths in full size with a large tank opening. When selecting the suitable calibration bath, the temperature range, stability and temperature homogeneity as well as the tank size play an important role.

COMPACT
CALIBRATION BATHS
The Fluke compact baths of the 6330/7320/7340/7380 series are suitable for calibration laboratories with high metrological demands. The calibration baths have a stability and temperature homogeneity of better than ±0.008 °C each. Due to their compact design, the calibration baths can be used on a laboratory bench or trolley. However, the baths can also be equipped with wheels so that they can be used in different locations.
Each bath contains a serial RS-232 interface to control the calibration baths from a PC.
CALIBRATION BATHS DEEP WELL - WITH EXTRA DEEP TANK
The compact calibration baths with extra deep calibration tank include four models for temperatures from –90 °C to 300 °C.
Each model has a tank with 457 mm (18 in) depth to hold long shaft PRTs or wireless data loggers. The tank openings are 120 x 172 mm, so that several thermometers or data loggers can be calibrated at the same time. However, only 15.9 liters of liquid are required to use all the advantages of the deep well compact baths.
With the excellent temperature controllers, these calibration baths provide the performance required for precise calibrations. The Fluke 7381 (–90 °C to 150 °C) offers stability and homogeneity of ±0.007 °C over its entire range. The models 7341 and 7321 are accurate to ±0.005 °C. And finally, the Fluke 6331 offers stability and homogeneity from ±0.007 °C to ±0.025 °C in its range from 40 °C to 300 °C.
LOW TEMPERATURE CALIBRATION BATHS FLUKE 7830/7381
The requirements for calibrations in the pharmaceutical and biotech industry are constantly changing. With the advent of new production technologies such as the manufacture of vaccines, cooling processes down to -90 °C are increasingly required. To meet this need, Fluke has specified the Ultra Low Temperature Baths 7380/7381 down to -90 °C.
Essential applications are refrigerators and freezers, biobanks or freeze dryers. With a temperature range of up to 150 °C, the calibration baths can also be used for the calibration of incubators, autoclaves and SIP systems.
The portable dry block calibrator Fluke 9190A with a temperature range from -95 °C to 140 °C is suitable for the low-temperature calibration of the entire measuring chain on site.
