FLEXIBILITY FOR DIFFERENT VALIDATION APPLICATIONS
The E-Val Flex validation system for validation of thermal processes was designed for applications which must meet the requirements of FDA guidelines and international GMP standards. It is used worldwide in the pharmaceutical industry for validations of:

The validation system has 8 or 16 inputs for thermocouples type T and can be extended with additional modules to up to 128 channels.
A digital pressure transmitter as well as a temperature standards can be connected to E-Val Flex
STAND ALONE OPERATION OR IN CONNECTION WITH A PC
Each master module of the thermal validation system is supplied with a license for the validation software ValSuite which is used to to configure the E-Val Flex, to view and store online measurement data and to automate the creation of validation reports.
E-Val Flex can be operated stand-alone or can be connected via Ethernet to a PC.
THERMOCOUPLE WITH “INTELLIGENT” PLUGS
The plugs of all thermocouples are equipped with an EEPROM that contains the serial number and the calibration offsets. Defective thermocouples can thus be replaced without re-calibration of the system.
This technique also allows for an efficient documentation of the thermocouple positions and the historical calibration data in the validation report.
The thermocouples are either sealed and fixed to the plug or there are “E-S” plugs supplied for the installation of your own thermocouples.
HIGH ACCURACY OF THE TEMPERATURE MEASUREMENT FOR VALIDATIONS
Each input has its own cold junction compensation, which minimizes errors caused by variations in ambient temperature. Thanks to this innovative technology, a high accuracy of temperature measurement is achieved.

If a defective thermocouple needs to be replaced, no system calibration is necessary. The thermocouples are pre-calibrated and store the calibration offsets in the ID chip, which guarantees an accuracy of ± 0.05 ° C.
