FILTER INTEGRITY TEST WITH SCANAIR PRO

Filter integrity test system according to ISO 14644-3 for upstream sampling and downstream filter scanning.

ScanAir Pro is an intelligent filter integrity test system based on a particle counter. The system allows upstream measurement and downstream scanning of HEPA/ULPA according to ISO 14644-3. It's the only simple and easy filter integrity test method to test and scan PTFE, fiberglass and other filter media for leaks.

ScanAir Pro consists of three components. A lightweight, ergonomic sampling probe with a color touchscreen, a 1 cfm Solair particle counter, and a dual-port dilutor. The entire system can be remotely controlled from the probe's touchscreen. When a leak is located, the touchscreen can automatically display the percentage of penetration.

The ScanAir Pro system allows you to perform an upstream and downstream filter integrity test measurement, showing the real-time leakage percentage on the integrated touchscreen display.
