Bakrona supplies portable and permanently installed Lighthouse particle counters, monitoring systems, filter test solutions and microbial air samplers. Our goal is to supply our customers with turnkey particle measurement systems, including their installation and qualification on site. We have many years of experience in clean room measurement technology and conduct customer training. In our calibration laboratory, your Lighthouse particle counters are serviced and calibrated according to the ISO 21501-4 standard.

Fulfills the current requirements through built-in audit trail, Active Directory support, CIFS data export for LIMS / SCADA etc. Particle measurement from 0.3 µm with a sample flow rate of 28.3 or 100 l / min.

Powerful Lighthouse particle counter for filter tests, clean room monitoring and qualifications. Compatible with ISO 14644-1 / 2 (2015), EU-GMP Annex 1, FS-209E etc. Recipe database for 50 recipes and storage capacity for 3000 measuring points. High pressure diffuser for particle measurement in compressed air.
Particle counter Apex Portable
The smallest and lightest portable particle counter with 1 cfm flow available in the market. Developed with self-diagnostic technology and remote access via the internal web server. Compatible with industrial decontamination processes (e.g. VHP). Creation of cleanroom certification reports with pass / fail criteria.

Portable microbial air sampler
Microbial air sampler with validated collection efficiency (ISO 14698). Zone-compliant exhaust air thanks to HEPA filter at the air outlet. For use in pharmaceuticals & amp; Food industry and hospitals or for hygiene inspections in ventilation systems according to SWKI VA104-01 and VDI 6022. Optional adapter for pressure gas measurement (e.g. according to ISO 8573-7).
Permanently installed microbial air sampler
Remote air sampler for integration in poduction facilites (e.g. RABS, isolators, laminar flow benches, safety workbenches, etc.) and processes. Impaction heads available with different flow rates (4… 100 L / min.). The air sampler allows continuous collection of airborne germs as required by the current EU-GMP Annex 1 DRAFT (Annex 1 consultation document).
Filter test systems with sampling probe
Particle counter system with filter scanner for checking the particle concentration before and after the filter (upstream measurement and downstream scanning of filters) with two particle counters running in parallel or with just one particle counter and an intelligent digital scanning probe. In the event of a leak, the percentage of penetration is automatically displayed.
Particle measurement
in gases
Pressure reducer as accesssory to particle counters for measurement of particle sizes from 0.1 µm in compressed gases according to ISO 8573 standards. Applications include sampling of CDA, nitrogen, and other inert gases. The high pressure diffuser is designed for an inlet pressure range of 2 to 10.3 bar (30 to 150 psi) and is available with an outlet flow of 1.0 or 0.1 CFM.

In order for the particle measurement to provide reliable data, the particle counters must be regularly serviced and calibrated. In our calibration laboratory we perform calibrations according to ISO standard 21501-4 . However, questions often arise about the correct measurement setup. Where must an isokinetic probe be placed, how can the particle counters be integrated into a monitoring system or what needs to be taken into account during the filter test with regard to the flow rate. Bakrona is your reliable partner for all questions about the Lighthouse particle counters.

CONSULTING
Topics such as data integrity (e.g. audit trail or electronic signatures) and the integration of particle counters into the customer's IT infrastructure are becoming increasingly important. We work with the quality assurance department to develop and implement tailor-made concepts. On request, we offer training courses for our customers in the pharmaceutical, medical devices, healthcare, semiconductor and optical industries.

MONITORING SYSTEMS
Bakrona implements clean room monitoring systems with Lighthouse particle counters and airborne germ collectors as an overall project, from supporting the creation of the URS to qualifying and training the new monitoring system. In addition, we are available to our customers for prompt support, revision and calibration. The geographical proximity to our customers is an important advantage.

MAINTENANCE & CALIBRATION
In our Swiss particle calibration laboratory, our experienced and trained calibration technicians maintain and calibrate the Lighthouse particle counters with Metas-certified calibration references in accordance with ISO standard 21501-4. Upon request, we can collect the particle measuring devices and bring them back after calibration. This shortens the throughput times and increases the availability of the particle counters.

QUALIFICATION
Our experienced engineers will qualify your particle counters on site to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. The critical functions and interfaces are tested using a customer-specific IQ / OQ test protocols.

In the event of failure or calibration of a particle measuring device or for larger projects, we rent out Lighthouse particle counters with a current calibration certificate. As a Swiss Lighthouse representative, we ensure that you have the rental equipment available quickly and easily.

TRAINING
We carry out training courses at customers' sites. Users are trained in the handling of the Lighthouse particle counters, air samplers or monitoring systems, get to know the relevant regulatory standards or learn about the basics of particle measurement and contamination control.
