SMART UPSTREAM SAMPLING AND DOWNSTREAM


ScanAir Pro is an intelligent particle counter based HEPA/ULPA filter test system. The system allows to take an upstream measurement and perform a downstream scanning of filter media in accordance with ISO 14644-3.

ScanAir Pro consists of three components. An ergonomic lightweight scanning wand with onboard color touchscreen display for one-handed operation, a Solair particle counter with 1 cfm and dual-port dilutor. The whole system can be controlled from the touchscreen probe. ScanAir Pro can locate a leak, indicate automatically it’s percentage of penetration on the touch screen and print the values on the Solair.

FILTER SCANNING PROBE SCANAIR – CHECKING FILTERS FOR LEAK TIGHTNESS AND EFFICIENCY


ScanAir is an accessory for SOLAIR particle counter with 1 cfm. The sampling probe facilitates scanning of filters and filter seals to investigate leaks. ScanAir includes 3 meter cable and can be operated one-handed. The built-in Start / Stop button allows to remotely control the particle counter. The on-board alarm buzzer and LED quickly notify, if a count exceeds the alarm threshold, even when used in a high noise environment.
